Why Forest School?

Forest school, sometimes called outdoor or nature school, is an alternative way for children to learn through nature experience, creativity, play and self discovery.

Being outside in the forest is healthy. It fosters self-esteem, resilience, confidence, creativity and responsibility.

We want children to become adults that care for our planet so we facilitate programs to ensure that they know our earth and the world around them and develop a sense of connection to themselves, their community and the land.
